Clad in white stone and wooden louvers, the façade strikes a perfect balance between warmth and minimalism. Throughout the day, the louvers animate the exterior with ever-changing shadows 🌞🌙 — enhancing both privacy and texture.

A private rooftop green space crowns the design, offering a serene spot for relaxation and outdoor living. The sealed metal roof introduces a distinct architectural character, setting it apart from conventional sloped roofs.
