A modern single-family house designed for a corner lot in midtown Toronto. 

With a compact 23x115 ft lot, the design maximizes space through a double-height living area, four bedrooms, and two terraces on the second floor. 

The walkout basement offers a separate rental unit, adding flexibility and value. 

The use of wood louvers across the façade creates dynamic light and shadow patterns throughout the day — transforming the home’s interior and exterior atmosphere.
