A thoughtful modern extension to an existing single-family home on a 30×120 ft lot — transforming a modest 1960s brick house into a five-bedroom contemporary residence.

The design creates a dialogue between past and present: the original red brick structure meets a clean, white stone addition, forming a subtle yet striking contrast. Inside, a double-height living area floods the home with natural light, enhancing openness and connection.
