A bold proposal for a 30,000 sqm soccer stadium, designed to embody the energy and identity of Aboomoslem Football Club.
The form takes inspiration from the team’s red and black striped jersey—transformed into eight continuous architectural ribbons that fold across the ground, walls, and roof. These folds don’t just define the structure—they celebrate movement, passion, and the cultural depth of Mashhad.
Rooted in folding architecture, the design connects geometry, symbolism, and emotion—turning the building itself into a living emblem of the club’s legacy.
At North + South Architects, we bring this same passion and architectural thinking to Toronto, creating spaces where form meets identity and architecture speaks to the city.
