A 5,700 sqm commercial complex designed to balance function, visibility, and urban integration.

Led by founding principal Iman Raeisi, this project showcases our commitment to creating efficient, high-impact architecture in dense urban contexts.

By strategically using vertical space and a distinctive façade, the design established a recognizable urban landmark — a lesson we continue to apply in Toronto’s mixed-use and commercial developments.
