Commercial & Office Building, Tehran (2013–2016) 

Located within a dense urban fabric of Zafaranieh in Tehran, this mixed-use project establishes a dialogue between public openness and structured workspace organization.

The commercial base was conceived as a transparent and inviting layer — connecting the building directly to the street and encouraging interaction with the city.

Above, the office levels are expressed through a refined composition of stone and wooden cladding panels. While the wooden panels do not allow light transmission, they articulate the façade rhythmically — introducing warmth, texture, and visual depth to the urban streetscape.

Inside, open-plan office floors offer maximum flexibility for future tenants, supporting evolving uses and work patterns.
