Jamal Abad Residential Project, Tehran (2006)
A 7,500 sqm residential development exploring the relationship between form and façade.
The design concept focused on playing with the building envelope — breaking it into fragmented surfaces that respond to light, view, and urban rhythm. This approach created a dynamic skin that gives the project its distinct identity while enriching the streetscape.
At North + South Architects, we see the façade not just as a boundary, but as a living interface between architecture and the city.
