A 65,000 sqm proposal for a monumental cultural and commercial landmark celebrating the Iranian carpet’s artistry and global legacy.

The design explored a monumental high-tech structure while preserving public roads within the site — establishing a continuous dialogue between architecture and the city. The result is an urban form that connects innovation, culture, and community.
