A 65,000 sqm proposal for a monumental cultural and commercial landmark celebrating the Iranian carpet’s artistry and global legacy.
The design explored a monumental high-tech structure while preserving public roads within the site — establishing a continuous dialogue between architecture and the city. The result is an urban form that connects innovation, culture, and community.
At North + South Architects, we believe architecture should not stand apart from the city — it should weave into its urban fabric, just as threads form a pattern. We bring this same approach to our work here in Toronto, creating projects that merge design ambition with civic connection.
